Salesforce and its ecosystem of customers and partners is going from strength to strength and continues to drive the creation of tech new jobs and billion of dollars in new business revenues worldwide. If you are in the Information Technology job sector then you have to keep up with the current trend – increase your own Salesforce knowledge NOW! It will be worth it when the recruiters are knocking down your door!
We thought it would be beneficial to list a few of the companies that offer Salesforce Training Courses and materials here in the UK. Salesforce is well known in the USA and although it is growing worldwide there are still a large number of job seekers that are not necessarily aware of this amazing platform and the related sought after skillset.
Salesforce Online
Obviously, there is only one place to start….Salesforce themselves! Trailhead is one of the best (and FREE) ways of getting hands on real-world experience (find out about their Superbadges here) with the platform. Simply put, you should just go right now and sign up for a Trailhead account. Go on do it now!
Salesforce Classes
Salesforce also offer classes to help you receive the classroom support you need to master your Salesforce skills and reach your goals. However, be warned that these are an expensive way to get there and may not be in everyones budget.
Salesforce Training with Consultancies
Another option, would be selecting a Salesforce Partner/Consultancy to deliver some expert face to face training. Take advantage of their experience with Salesforce and ask them to create bespoke training courses, be it online, on-site at your premises, off-site at their offices, or preferred locations.
Self-Training
One of my favourite places to go when I am in the mood to learn something new, is Udemy.
Udemy – in there own words – is a global marketplace for learning and teaching online where students are mastering new skills and achieving their goals by learning from an extensive library of over 55,000 courses taught by expert instructors. Sounds fantastic right? My only word of warning is be sure about what you purchase – some courses are quite expensive and when it comes to Salesforce course, be sure that they are going to provide you exactly what you require and are based upon the latest Salesforce Release.
I have used Udemy for both Salesforce Courses as well as other courses such as photography and really recommend that you visit the site and see what is on offer.
Whichever, route you take to learning Salesforce, be sure that you are able to dedicate the required time and effort to increasing your own knowledge and hopefully you will be able to use your new-found skills and be part of the Salesforce Ohana one day!
Good luck and happy learning!
