World Book Day

World Book Day is a yearly event on April 23rd, organized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), to promote reading, publishing and copyright. In the United Kingdom, the day is recognized on the first Thursday in March. World Book Day was celebrated for the first time on 23 April 1995. So, while most parents are rushing out desperately trying to find an outfit for their child that matches their favourite book and being caught in the unfortunate commercialisation of the event, we thought we would post some of our own favourite books.

In our opinion, everyday should be World Book Day, expanding your own knowledge by reading is something that we all should be doing. Why not try some of the below if you have not already read them.
